Unsolicited Ideas Submission Policy

TomTom International B.V., TomTom Global Content B.V., and/or affiliated companies (collectively and individually referred to as “TomTom”) as well as their employees do not accept or consider unsolicited ideas, suggestions, proposals, or materials (“Submissions”) in any form.

The purpose of this policy is to avoid any potential disputes or legal action in case TomTom’s independently developed products, services, or features ever appear to be similar or identical to submitted ideas.

If, after carefully reading this policy, you still decide to submit your ideas to TomTom, then regardless of what you may say in your communication, you agree that you have read and understood this policy and the following terms shall apply to your Submissions.

1. Your Submissions and their contents will automatically become the property of TomTom, without any compensation to you or any third party.

2. TomTom shall have no obligations in relation to the Submissions, including but not limited to, no obligations to keep your submissions confidential or proprietary, and shall not be liable for any use or disclosure of the submissions.

3. TomTom may use or redistribute the Submissions and their contents for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without any restriction.

4. There is no obligation for TomTom to review, keep, acknowledge, or return the Submissions or any related materials.
