By clicking on the 'Place order' button in the checkout, you authorize TomTom to collect the relevant subscription amount, followed by an automatic collection for all subsequent subscription fees. If you click on the 'Place order' in the checkout, you agree that your subscription will start immediately and that you can no longer cancel the contract to receive a refund. If you do not cancel your subscription, we will charge the monthly or annual fee on a recurring basis through the registered payment method. You can cancel at any time. This starts at the end of the billing period. Partial months or years are non-refundable or credited.
